Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Routine treatment of dysmenorrhea plus aqua yoga, for one hour, twice a week, for 8 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: Routine treatment of dysmenorrhea.

Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 26 years; Primary dysmenorrhea; Single

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of secondary dysmenorrhea; Having regular physical activity 2 sessions a week or more; Physical and motor problem
