Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Routine care plus group counseling for 60 minutes once a week for 4 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: Just routine care.

40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40 to 65 years; Natural menopause; Poor sexual function with a score of less than 28; Married; Being literate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of group counseling; Early ejaculation or impotence of her spouse; Cardiovascular and Cancer Diseases; Mental illnesses; Opioid addiction; Family disputes; Using hormonal drugs; A history of infertility

Assessing sexual function. Timepoint: Before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Using the standard FSFI questionnaire.
