Intervention 1: Intervention group: Aspirin tablet 81 mg/day for 3 months plus Clopidogrel tablet 75 mg/day for 3 months. Intervention 2: Control group: Aspirin tablet 81 mg/day for 3 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 80 years; Transient ischemic attack; Severity of stroke score less than 15

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gastric disorders; Cardiac arrhythmia; Sensitivity of aspirin; Candidate for Carotid introversion
