Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 60 years Having isolated limb wounds needing primary repair with suture
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Using monoamine oxidase inhibitors Cardiovascular diseases Arterial active bleeding Unstable vital signs
