Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Topical amitriptyline 2% with amount of 2 mg/kg single dose. Intervention 2: Control group: Topical lidocaine 2% with amount of 2 mg/kg single dose.

Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 60 years Having isolated limb wounds needing primary repair with suture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Using monoamine oxidase inhibitors Cardiovascular diseases Arterial active bleeding Unstable vital signs
