Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Routine cares plus 5 educational sessions of participation care once a week in 45 to 60 minutes sessions. Intervention 2: Control group: Just routine cares.

Assessing fasting blood sugar. Timepoint: Before intervention and 5 weeks after that. Method of measurement: Through laboratory testing.;Assessing lifestyle. Timepoint: Before intervention and 5 weeks after that. Method of measurement: Using Walker standard questionnaire.
