Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having at least a bachelor's degree in nursing Engaged in nursing work as a nurse in the ward Passing an orientation course in the relevant department
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Leaving a job or changing the place of work of personnel to other departments or other hospitals during the research Sick or accrued leave during the intervention implementation process More than two absences from training sessions
