Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Head Nurses: Having a management position for at least 6 months Having at least a bachelor's degree Not having participated in a similar management course Access to a smartphone or computer Nurses: Having at least a bachelor's degree for nurses Engaging in nursing work as a nurse in the ward
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participate in a similar training course Management position transfer during intervention implementation

| Nursing staff satisfaction with shifts. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: In this study, a tool to assess nurses' satisfaction with shift work will be evaluated. This tool will be designed by reviewing existing literature and tools, and its validity and reliability will be assessed by experts in this field.;Work-life balance.
