Control group: Lichtenstein method, which is a common procedure and an anterior access to Fascia transversalis and with the mesh.
Intervention group: Kugel method, a relatively new method of accessing the site via the posterior anatomy of fascia transversalis and prepritoneal approach.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: all men and women between 25-90 y. who have Inguinal Hernias. Exclusion criteria: recurrent inguinal hernia; concomitant femoral hernia.
