Intervention 1: Intervention group: Medroxyprogesterone group. In the form of 1 oral tablet of 10 mg once a day for 5 weeks. Manufactured by Abu Raihan Pharmaceutical Company. Intervention 2: Control

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pre-menopause patients with submucosal myoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Menopausal women Pregnants and lactating women Patients with submucosal myoma larger than 3 cm Patients with more than 8 weeks HRT Patients with cancerous or pre-cancerous disease Pateints with underlying disease Patients who have drug reaction

Volume deficit. Timepoint: During surgery. Method of measurement: Measuring the volume. Measuring fluid volume deficit during surgery involves monitoring and calculating the difference between fluid intake and output, as well as observing for signs of fluid shifts or loss.	—
