Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Healthy children aged 6-12 years; Not using xylitol chewing gum and probiotic yoghurt. Exclusion criteria: Children with systemic diseases; subjects with systemic antibiotic or topical fluoride treatments within 4 weeks.
