Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1- all of nursing students in selected group. 2- desire to participate in this study. Exclusion criterion: 1- No desire to participate in the study.

Knowledge and clinical skill. Timepoint: Before and after of intervention. Method of measurement: Two paralell questionnaire in every ward.
