Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inactive male, aged 23 to 32 In good general physical and mental health Body mass index greater than 30 kg/m²

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of any physical injury or orthopedic lesion that interferes with the execution of exercises or prevents their performance with the necessary quality.
