Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inactive Female, aged 23 to 32 In good general physical and mental health Body mass index greater than 30 kg/m²

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any physical injury or orthopedic issue that interferes with training can hinder its quality
