Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness and ability to collaborate in a project Ability to regular attendance and participation in training sessions, including three training sessions and one match per week. Football (soccer) athletes. Two years of experience in football. Young men aged 18-20 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of underlying diseases including cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, and hepatic diseases, and all types of cancers Suffering from respiratory and inflammatory diseases within one month prior to the start of the study
