Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inactive Female, aged 30 to 35 In good general physical and mental health Body mass index greater than 25 kg/m²

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any physical injury or orthopedic issue that interferes with training can hinder its quality.
