Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: nurses who work in clinical environmental and have necessary experiment; completing written consent form for participation in the study; tending to reconsideration; holder of job record in clinical ward more than two years. Exclusion criteria: not participating in more than three sessions of reconsideration; not tending to continue to participate in study; not completing more than three presented clinical scenarios for evaluating critical thinking in each of post or pre test stage; holder of other educational certificate such as management and psychology and participating in educational courses of solving problem or critical thinking during last six months.
