Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria :open angle glaucoma; age >50 exclusioncriteria: angle closure glaucoma; systemic componding medication

MeasureTime frame
Intraocular pressure. Timepoint: baseline,7th,21th and 28th day after 1 month wash-out. Method of measurement: goldmann tonometery.
