Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: moderate to severe periodontitis and the presence of pockets more than 4mm. Patients must have the following parameters: 1.PPD>= 4mm; 2.CAL>=3mm and 3.bone loss >=3mm. Exclusion criterion: 1.taking antibiotic over 3months ago; 2.immune deficiency disorders; 3.lactose intolerance and 4.taking immune suppressor drugs.
