Inclusion criteria: Inclusion:Unresectable nonmetastatic extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma Patients who have informed consent Exclusion:Serious cardiac,renal and pulmonary disease in later 6 month Karnofsky performance status <70

MeasureTime frame
Survival. Timepoint: Till 2 years after intervention. Method of measurement: Surviving monthes of patient's life.;Symptom free period. Timepoint: Every 3 monthes till two years. Method of measurement: Physical examination(icter,itching), boichemical laboratory data.;Biliary tracts caliber. Timepoint: Every 3 months till 2 years. Method of measurement: Sonographic examination.

CA19-9 after intervantion. Timepoint: Every 3 months till 2 years. Method of measurement: Laboratory tests.;Liver function tests after intervention. Timepoint: Every 3 months till 2 years(AST,ALT,ALP). Method of measurement: Laboratory tests.;Cholangitis. Timepoint: Every 3 months till 2 years. Method of measurement: Physical examination, serum billirubin level.;Gastrodudenitis. Timepoint: Until the end of radiotherapy period. Method of measurement: Questionnare.
