Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria obtain health literacy score<59; afflicted to Diabetes type 2; age over 18; able to read and write; Exclusion criteria lack of dementia; visual or learning disability; no afflicted to diabetes type one; no participation in other research project.
