Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: having athletic background; not having inflamatory deseases; age between 20 to 25 years; body fat percentage 9-14%; vo2max 4-5 and BMI between 19.5 to 25. Exclusion criterion: unsuccessfull training test condition
