18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 40 years History of infertility (primary or secondary) At least 1 to 3 mature follicles measuring 18 to 20 mm during the IUI injection cycle Normal serum levels of TSH, PRL, FSH, and LH hormones Normal uterine cavity and at least one open fallopian tube as confirmed by hysterosalpingography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Liver, cardiovascular, autoimmune, or endocrine diseases Absence of dominant follicles measuring 18 to 20 mm History of alcohol, smoking, or recreational drug use Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) of unknown cause Known case of endometriosis Pelvic adhesions Uterine myoma detected via laparoscopy or hysteroscopy within the past three months

Chemical pregnancy. Timepoint: 14 days after transfer. Method of measurement: B-HCG test.
