Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Gestational age 37-40 Singletone pregnancy Lower segmant incision cesarean Spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Underlying disease(cardiac,liver,renal,polmunary) Allergy to misoprostole and oxytosine Coagolopathy Abnormal placenta(abruption,previa..) Risk factor for post partum hemorrhage like polygestation,macrosomia,polyhydramnious More than 2 prior cesarean History of uterine rupture Complications during surgery including Uterine extension Preeclampsia
