Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: being able to speak in Persian; Aged between 60 – 75; No participation in the same research or educational classes; Being able to read and write; Availability of telephone to follow up in experimental group and make a contact to do post- test in control group; Susceptibility to mental and physical problems ( such as heart disease, heart failure, uncontrolled or very acute vascular and respiratory disease such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma and kidney disease that are similar according to A senior doctor, Have prohibited the inclusion).Exclusion criteria: having missed a single session of training sessions; Unwillingness to continue the study; Disease resulted in hospitalization.
