Interventions
Intervention 1: Patients in the procedural sedation and analgesia (PSA) group will receive analgesic and sedation medications with recommended doses (Midazolam: 0.05 mg/kg
Fentanyl: 2 µg/kg) under cardiac monitoring, pulse oximetery and noninvasive blood pressure control. Intervention 2: For the hematoma block group 10-15 cc of Lidocaine 1% will be used.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Distal of radius fracture in patients with American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) Classification Score 1& 2 Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, multiple trauma or fractures, history of allergic reaction to study drugs, mental disorders or psychosis
