Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient has constipation according to Rome III criteria No response to drug therapy No response to pelvic floor physical therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient has neurological disorder The patient has anatomical disorder The patient has history of anal region or anal sphincter surgery
