Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: postmenopausal; obesity; inactive Exclusion criteria: having Thyroid, Kidney, cardiovascular and diabetes diseases; intake spesial drug and supplementation; irregular presence in training; irregular soy consumptio.
