Intervention 1: Intervention in study group: during the counseling, patient's health status, health problems and educational needs is determined

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: systolic blood pressure between 140 to190 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure between 90 to 110 mmHg; not having hearing and speaking problem; having access to telephone; age ranges between 16 to 65; being literate; being treated by blood pressure-lowering drugs Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to cooperate; not having phone calls for 3 consecutive times; history of dementia, mental and psychological problems; end stage of liver and kidney diseases , cancer , heart attacks; strokes and hemodialysis.
