Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: Elective cesarean operation; consciousness; literacy; spinal anesthesia; 18-40 years old Exclusion: Exsist of phlebitis; eczema; arthritis; burn wound; injury on their hands or feet and cardiovascular; respiratory diagnosis; or psychological problems like depression
