Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : Healthy elite male volleyball players, age 20-25 years, at least 5 years sport history, without any inflammatory, medical drugs, dietary xanthines and supplementor anabolic steroids ingestion during 6 months prior to the study. Exclusion criteria :Chronic disease, injuries, caffeine consumers(>100 mg.d-1), High jump laste than 45 cm, fat percent higher than 15 %.
