Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The boys are referred to the Endocrine Research Center, for assessment of delayed puberty, short stature, or both,with Tanner genital stage 1 after 13•5 years of age and medical history, clinical examination, or routine laboratory tests all failed to reveal any signs of chronic illnesses accounting for the delayed puberty. Exclusion criteria: The boys are referred to the Endocrine Research Center, for assessment of delayed puberty, short stature, or both,with Tanner genital stage 2 or more after 13•5 years of age and medical history, clinical examination, or routine laboratory tests reveal certain disease as ethology of delayed puberty.

MeasureTime frame
Height and Bone age. Timepoint: 0, 6, 12 and 18 months after study starting. Method of measurement: Bone agecalculated by Greulich ? pyle ,height measure by stadiometer.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Predicted adult height. Timepoint: 0, 6, 12 and 18 month after start of study. Method of measurement: Calculated by Bayley-pinneau method.
