Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria :major Talasemia; age between 7-11 years. monthly referred to hospitals for BloodTransfusion; . Exclusion criteria: acute or chronic disease except Thalassemia; known disability , mental impairment and cognitive disorder; absence in 2 sessions in a row; incidence of crisis or stressful situation that affected self concept.

Self Concept. Timepoint: Before intervention, at the end of intervention, one month after intervention. Method of measurement: Piers-Harris children's self-concept scale.
