Intervention 1: We will inject the case group with ultrasonography guidance. The injection consist of one cc Methylprednisolone and one cc lidocain. We will use transducer with 7 megahertz. Interventi
We will inject the case group with ultrasonography guidance. The injection consist of one cc Methylprednisolone and one cc lidocain. We will use transducer with 7 megahertz.
We will inject the control group without ultrasonography guidance. The injection consist of one cc Methylprednisolone and one cc lidocain.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients with 20 to 70 years old refer to physical medicine and rehabilitation clinics of Shiraz university of Medical science. They suffered from pes anserinus bursitis which sustained for 4 weeks and did not response to drug and physical treatments. Exclusion criteria: history of rheumatologic and metabolic disorder, diabetes, malignancy, fracture, infectious arthritis, previous knee surgery, congenital musculoskeletal disorder, immunodeficiency.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: before and after of intervantion and two and six weeks later. Method of measurement: Patients show them pain with number from 0 to 10 with VAS.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Temprature. Timepoint: before and after of intervantion and two and six weeks later. Method of measurement: thermometer.;Induration. Timepoint: before and after of intervantion and two and six weeks later. Method of measurement: Largest diameter of the inflammation is measured as induration.;Tenderness. Timepoint: before and after of intervantion and two and six weeks later. Method of measurement: Local tenderness is defined with algometer.
