Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient must have an oral endotracheal tube during the study. Age 18-65. No history of allergy to herbal ingredients. Have normal teeth. No obvious sores in or around the mouth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient transfer from ICU or death before completion of the study Prescription of any mouthwash by a doctor in specific cases Unwillingness to continue the study by the patient or the patient's legal guardian
