Intervention 1: Intervention group (real tour): the first researcher, the people of the real tour group by being in the operating room, with the environment, equipment and staff of the operating room
It introduces the types of anesthesia and aftercare, surgical method and its consequences, nursing care after surgery in about 30 minutes. Training is individual. Intervention 2: Intervention group (v

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18-60 years Having the ability to watch movies Candidate for general surgery (hernia, cholecystectomy, appendectomy) Not taking anti-anxiety drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Simultaneous use of complementary therapies to reduce anxiety Non-continuing cooperation of the participants Need to perform emergency surgery during intervention Cancellation of surgery for any reason
