Alexander's Technique. Care involving use of rehabilitation procedures

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Alexander's Technique will perform three day a week for 12 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: No intervention will not perform during 12 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have non Specific low back pain. Have not Injury in low back. Have Complete Satisfaction to participate in the study. Have a Score higher than 4 of the visual Analog Scale. Age of 18 to 45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of other Complementary therapies. The absence of more than two sessions.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Severity of Pain. Timepoint: Before,After and 1 month After intervention. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life. Timepoint: Before,After and 1 month After intervention. Method of measurement: SF36 quality of life questionnaire.
