Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: In the intervention group, the training will be conducted for 4 weeks and 2 days a week for one hour. The training will be based on James Brown's educational model.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have at least 6 months of Type 1 diabetes Age from 13 to 19 years Have complete satisfaction to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Physical and mental inability
