Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: isolated PDA patient aged 1_12 years; moderate and sever pulmonary HTN. Exclusion criteria: another structural abnormality.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pulmonary edema. Timepoint: every 1 hour for 24 hr. Method of measurement: ausculation/ABG.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Hypotension. Timepoint: each 15 min. Method of measurement: arterial line.
