Intervention 1: Control group: Placebo per day for 8 weeks. Intervention 2: intervention group: 50-100 mg Levothyroxine and Folic acid (1mg/day) per day for 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Hypothyroidism, Natural kidney function, TSH>10mIU/L Exclusion criteria: use of drugs such as Phenobarbital, Phenytoin, Tamoxifen, Methotrexate, Theophylline, diabetic, pregnancy, smokers

The decrease of serum homocysteine. Timepoint: Every two months. Method of measurement: EAI.
