Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of primary stage 1 hypertension according to JNC-7 guideline Informed consent of patient
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Moderate and severe renal failure liver failure Contraindications of Captopril and Pentoxifylline Patients with secondary hypertension Pregnancy and lactation
