Control Group: Group 4: 1 capsule of 500 mg Krstyn placebo tablet daily and a placebo vitamin C tablet
Intervention group: Group 1: 1 capsule of 500 mg Krstyn supplement daily and 1 tablet of 250 mg vitamin C
Intervention group: Group 2: one capsules of 500 mg Krstyn supplements daily and a placebo tablet of vitamin C
Intervention group: Group 3: daily, one capsule of 500 mg Krstyn placebo and 1 vitamin C tablets

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: willingness to participate in the study, male, students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, a history of continuous exercise at least 3 years of experience, the use of antioxidant supplements in the previous month Exclusion criteria: less than 70% adherence, presence of diseases requiring special treatment
