Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ages 30 to 60 years BMI<35 No history of diabetes or cardiovascular disease No pregnancy or breastfeeding Ability to do physical activity (walking) Ability to speak Persian Do not suffer from severe mental illness Do not have cognitive disorders such as dementia and Alzheimer's Do not take anti-diabetic and anti-obesity drugs Willingness to participate in the study Waist circumference equal to or greater than 102 cm for men and 88 cm for women Blood sugar equal to or greater than 100 mg / dL Systolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 130 and diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 85 mm Hg Have three of the 5 American Heart Association criteria for Metabolic Syndrome,
