Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe stroke on brain CT scan of the middle cerebral artery occlusion with GCS 14 in the first 24 hours of hospitalization. Patients with a history of previous stroke 2. Patients with chronic diseases simultaneously, pulmonary, cardiovascular, liver, lung, and blood coagulation. 3. Patients under the age of 18 years. 4. Of pregnant women. 5. Space-occupying lesions within the skull are other patients simultaneously. 6. Space-occupying lesions within the skull are other patients simultaneously.
