Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: the site of uretheral stricture will be cut with laser in tree incision at 12,8,4 oclock, then foley catheter is used for a week and the investigations would be du
the follow up will be done as the same as first group.
Treatment - Surgery
Intervention group: the site of uretheral stricture will be cut with laser in tree incision at 12,8,4 oclock, then foley catheter is used for a week and the investigations would be ducumented in 3 mo
Control group: the site of uretheral stricture in traditional method is cut with a cold knife only in one point at 12 oclock and then catheterized by a foley for one week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: patients with stricture in anterior uretheral and the lenght of stricture should be less than 2 centimeter. Exclusion criterion: patients with history of surgery

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in severe obstructive urinary symptoms. Timepoint: 6 months and 1 year after surgery. Method of measurement: Based on criteria of IPSS.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Recurrent of stricture. Timepoint: 6 months and 1 year after surgery. Method of measurement: Based on reviews of radiography of RUG.
