Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Couples experiencing perinatal death after the 20th week of pregnancy until 28 days after the baby is born A minimum of 10 days and a maximum of 30 days have passed since the perinatal death. Ability to participate in in-person counseling sessions (physical ability, having time to attend meetings, no job restrictions, etc.) Being literate Living in Urmia city
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Withdrawal of the couple or one of the parties from continuing the study The occurrence of a new severe stressful event during the research (such as the death of a loved one) Failure to attend more than one counseling session Incomplete completion of questionnaires or incomplete data (more than 20%) in the pre-test or post-test Having a history of hospitalization due to psychiatric disorders Having experienced severe stressful events within the past 6 months
