Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute renal injury with intera renal causes in all classes R, I and F Complete satisfaction to participate in the study and completion of the therapeutic and follow up process

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post renal and prerenal acute renal injury Glomerulonephritis patients Patients who need an immunosuppressive drug, including lupus Patients taking omega-3 and corticosteroids in the last month Pregnant patients Light sensitive Malignant patient

Primary

MeasureTime frame
NGAL urine and serum creatinine. Timepoint: One occasion before assigning patients to treatment groups and one time at the end of treatment. Method of measurement: Laboratory tests.
