The metoclopramide group, received 10 mg intravenous immediately after the surgery
wrist strap were close in both hands tied( Nygan) 15 minutes before induction of anesthesia. Patients were allowed to open the wrists half an hour every two hours.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:18-35 years; The first to fourth pregnancy; no history of previous abdominal surgery Excluding criteria:acute and chronic disease associated with nausea and vomiting; Carpal tunnel syndrome; obesity; digestive and ear disorders
