Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:all of patient that have varicocele assocciated infertility except some that have Exclusion criteria Exclusion criteria: 1.testicular atrophy 2.hormonal disorder,gonadotropins,testestrone,prolactin 3.Ejaculation disorder 4.anatomical disorder like hypospadiasis,epispadiasis,meatus stricture 5.UTI 6.taking some drug at last 3 month(cimitidine,bromocriptine) 7.azospermia
