Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age<50 years old; No history of vaccination or infection with hepatitis B, No history of liver or kidney failure; No history of HIV infection and long-term use of immunosuppressant drugs. Exclusion criteria: HBS Ag or HBS Ab positive persons.
