Intervention 2: use of expressed breast milk on the nipple crack and the surrounding areola, After each breastfed for a week during the study + To teach the proper techniques of breastfeeding

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Iranian nationality; being literate; living in Rafsanjan; breastfeeding women with nipple cracks and having at least 3 score from Storr scale; single twin; healthy term infants without any abnormality; with breast fed; birth weight between 2500-4000 gr; having any known diseases such as (psychological problems, diabetes, medical or surgical diseases); normal anatomical in breast and nipple. Exclusion criteria: use of pacifier, bottle, breast pump or nipple shower during the study; baby’s illness; baby's mouth fungal infection; use of oral or injection antibiotics by the mother; maternal affected to mastitis, breast abscess or infection; hypersensitivity to Calendit -E cream.

Nipple crack. Timepoint: Before treatment(first day), third and seventh days of the study. Method of measurement: Storr Score for measuring nipple crack.;Nipple pain. Timepoint: Before treatment(first day), third and seventh days of the study. Method of measurement: Numeric Rating Scale pain Ruler (a visual analogue scale).
